Parents’ Group Zumba Bash: November 12th
Lower school parent, Parents’ Group volunteer, and Zumba dance instructor, Malia Bakken, is hosting a Zumba class for all those at Farragut on Saturday, November 12th at 9am. Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
“As a parent on the Parents’ Group, we thought it would be a fun way for parents to meet parents and students to make new friends,” said Malia.

Time: 9am (it will be a 60 minute bash)
Location: Admiral Farragut Academy – Gymnasium, 501 Park Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710
Attire: We recommend exercise attire with gym shoes
Cost: Students are free. Adults are $5. Child care is available. Proceeds benefit the Parents’ Group.
