On Monday, February 1st, Mrs. Ewing’s AP English class participated in a video conference with bestselling author Edwidge Danticat.
Upper School Calculus classes with Ms. Amy Smith and Mr. Josh Moore joined together to have a “Related Rates Competition.” The Calculus AP and Honors curriculum is laid out in a different order, but both classes had an overlap in content. Read more
Over the weekend of January 30-31, 14 Admiral Farragut Academy Orienteering Team members traveled across the bay to Bradenton to compete in their first orienteering meet of the season at the Greenbrook Adventure Park in Bradenton. Our cadets were split equally between the novice yellow team and the intermediate orange team. The team enjoyed a double win with the orange team earning a 2nd place win and the yellow team earning a 3rd place win.

During formation on December 10, 2020, many cadets were recognized and given the NJROTC Physical Fitness Ribbon, and other cadets were given awards recognizing them for their dedication and success during the Titan Postal Academic Competition and the Cooper City High School Academic Challenge.
