The SAGE Dining senior leadership team has been spending a lot of time developing their recommendations for safely reopening kitchens and dining halls. They shared their position for best practices based on many internal discussions and external research.
This booklet includes alternative service methods, safety and cleaning protocols, and other suggestions that would minimize contact with other community members and the food.
