7th grade use Vex Robotics to create race cars
7th grade created race cars out of Vex Robotics pieces during their Project Lead the Way engineering class.
Students had to use their knowledge of how the individual pieces work together, how to write programming code, and which gear ratio works best for speed. The challenge was to create a car that was faster than the rest of the class. The winning group was Mark and Amy, pictured with their car. They will be treated to lunch when we return from Spring Break.
