Parents’ Group will use 2018-19 earnings on multiple campus projects

This year our Parents’ Group had over $150,000 to give back to the school through campus projects which range from campus beautification, safety, academics, and athletics. After a meeting with Headmaster Robert Fine and the executive committee, the Parents’ Group has made the following commitments:

  • Complete the decorative fencing along 5th Ave N
  • Russell Building makeover which matches DeSeta Hall and the Duke Building
  • Classroom sets of Chromebooks
  • Additional Lower School outdoor camera coverage
  • Floor mats for DeSeta Hall
  • An additional walkway between the Lasher Concession Stand and DeSeta Hall
  • Outdoor exercise equipment and area by the Tennis and Basketball Courts

Admiral Farragut Academy will begin these projects throughout the summer and will hopefully have much of it completed by the beginning of the 2019-20 school year. We cannot thank these parent volunteers and all of our donors enough. Their tremendous efforts and donations allow Admiral Farragut Academy to grow and improve each year.
