Parent’s Group hits hole-in-one at annual Golf Tournament
The Admiral Farragut Academy 15th Parents’ Group Golf Tournament was held at the beautiful Pasadena Yacht and Country Club on Friday, October 21st.
On a gorgeous Florida morning, 14 teams of golfers gathered for a Shotgun format tournament. The event also included a hole in one contest for a $10,000 prize and three other hole-in-one contests. Golfers were also given a chance to “Putt for a Prize” on the putting green at the turn.

The tournament was followed by a delicious lunch in the clubhouse where prizes were awarded to the top 3 teams.

The tournament raised $12,600 to be used by the Parents’ Group to fund much-needed items on campus this year.
Tournament Chair, Alison Lescarbeau said, “We are truly blessed to have such amazing parent and vendor sponsors. That, along with our enthusiast parent volunteers and a gorgeous day, made for a fun and successful day.”
