Each year, Admiral Farragut Academy sends an accomplished list of graduates off to college and the working world. The Class of 2015 once again demonstrated excellence, boasting a 100 percent acceptance into college. In addition, this marks the fourth of five years our graduate received over $5 million was awarded in scholarship money to the graduates.
Not only will this class have members going to impressive list of colleges like American, Stanford, Miami, UCLA, the U.S. Air Force Academy and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, but it interestingly will have students attend colleges in the four corner states of the country.

- Earned over $5 million in scholarships
- 3 matriculated to service academies (2 to the U.S. Air Force Academy, 1 to the U.S. Coast Guard Academy)
- 11 graduates earned student-athlete scholarships (5 football, 2 wrestling,1 basketball, 1 cross country, 1 riflery, 1 track)
- 3 graduates earned the longevity award (attended since Kindergarten)
- 30% held cadet leadership positions 23
- 5216 community service hours provided
- 20 females and 43 males out of 63 graduates
- Represented 9 countries and 6 U.S. states
- 60% were boarders

- 70% enrolled in honors or dual enrollment courses while at Farragut
- 26 earned Headmaster’s List or Headmaster’s Honor Roll
- 4 aviation students will pursue aeronautical science degrees in college
- 11 dived in the scuba program
- 4 students received recognition from the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards their senior year
- 96% matriculation to a 4-year college or university
- 18 will attend schools in the state of Florida (2 Florida State University, 1 University of Florida, 1 University of Miami, 1 University of South Florida)
- 13 will attend schools west of the Mississippi River (6 in California, 4 in Colorado, 1 in New Mexico, 1 in Oregon, 1 in Washington)
- 1 was accepted into Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, ranked among the top communication schools in the nation, according to Forbes
- 11 will play a sport on a collegiate team their freshman year: (5 football, 2 wrestling, 1 basketball, 1 cross country, 1 rifle, 1 track)
- 1 will compete in Formula 1 racing
- 1 will join the U.S. Marine Corps
