Vic Saitta ‘63N Memorial Scholarship Fund
Ignited by a great weekend of bonding during Homecoming 2013, the Class of ‘63N left excited and ready to honor their class as a whole, especially their fallen Battalion Commander, Vic Saitta.
Over the course of 2014, the Class of 1963’s memorial fund received a number of new gifts from the founder’s and fellow classmates. As we close out the year, we are proud to report the fund valued at nearly $35,000, including pledged gifts. The class set a goal of $63,000 (to honor the class year) and thanks to the generosity of so many, we are confident that over the course of the next three years, the Vic Siatta ’63N Memorial Scholarship Fund will be fully funded and sustainable for generations to come.
With that said, the Admiral Farragut Academy Foundation Board of Trustees has opted to make an early distribution. We would like to introduce you to Trevor Bennati ’16, a young man who has attended Admiral Farragut Academy since kindergarten. Bennati is an exemplary student, athlete, and role model to his peers. After careful review, the board could think of no other young man who would best represent the Class of 1963N and Mr. Saitta.

A Special Thanks to Our Donors
We would like to thank all those who have donated already. The success of this campaign, regardless of the amount relies 100% of the participation not just the financial amount. The committee respecfully asks each member of our class to please consider giving a gift that reflects their own “Farragut Experience.”
