Thank You for a great year from the Admiral’s Athletics Club
To Valued Farragut Families, Staff and Supporters,
As we march our way through another year of Farragut history, the members of the Admiral’s Athletics Club would like to take a moment to say “Thank You”. It is the Club’s desire to not only support our student-athletes, but also those students who support our athletes through spirit, cheer and enthusiasm. Farragut is a family, and we are proud to help strengthen bonds.
Without your valuable donations of time and treasure, there would be a large gap in the resources that help to supply our teams, players and coaches with equipment, ancillary needs, and food. It is with humble gratitude that we have been able to meet numerous requests and have plans to assist with many more.
Our State Champion Softball team received a new pitching machine. Locker rooms in the field house and gym will be updated. Pads were added to the gym walls. The concession stand has A/C and wifi installed. Two complete sets of custom made cornhole boards have been delivered to the Residential Life staff so that all the students, not just athletes, can have another option for outdoor activity. The AAC was also instrumental in acquiring a lightning detection system that covers the entire campus. All in all, the AAC was able to assist with over $50,000 worth of projects and support. These are just a few of the ways that we were able to use your donations to provide a safe and healthy environment for our students and student-athletes.
Our desire is to build a culture and strengthen the Farragut community. The ability to support our greatest assets, the students and staff, is a gift that we, the AAC Board, are grateful to have. Without generous support from families and businesses like you, we would fall significantly short of our aspirations.
By supporting our Annual Poker Run, buying season passes, and even attending games, you are changing lives. Our student-athletes bring us so much joy and pride; it is our honor to help them wave our Farragut colors near and far. Have a happy and healthy summer. See you in the Fall- it’s a great time to join the AAC!
