Mrs. Krukar is a seventeen-year education veteran and Tampa native who has spent the last seven years as assistant principal at the Academy of the Holy Names High School in Tampa. Her responsibilities included managing the education, engagement, and discipline of over 450 students; organizing student events, and observing and supporting faculty. Prior to entering administration, she spent ten years teaching various levels of English to middle and high school students.

Mrs. Krukar draws on her experience and education to give her best to her students, faculty, fellow administrators, and staff each day. She holds masters’ degrees in both Educational Leadership and Secondary English Education.

She is excited to engage and immerse herself in the cultures and interests of the student population of Admiral Farragut Academy. Mrs. Krukar has been married to her husband for seventeen years; has an energetic eight-year-old daughter; and is training to run her first marathon in January.
