- Shadow days are not offered for Pre-K or for children under 5 years old.
- Please be sure the information you provide is 100% accurate.
- Withholding or misrepresenting information may affect the shadow day or admission process and may jeopardize enrollment.
- For best results complete the form all at one time from start to finish.
- Parent must complete this form with electronic signature.

ON THE SHADOW DAY
- Lunch is provided for full day shadows.
- Arrival time is 8:00 a.m.
- Dress code is young professional (No Jeans, No Sandals).
- Visiting students with unbecoming conduct will be asked to leave campus by parent pick-up.
- Parent must complete one form in the office upon arrival and present a valid I.D.
