Scholarships for Florida Residents or Military Families

For Florida Residents

Whether your child has attended a public or private school, we encourage that you apply for the Step Up For Students Scholarship. Award is averaging between $6,673 to $7,169 depending on grade and county of residence per child. Dependent children of the U.S. Armed Forces members are also eligible now. There are also scholarships for unique needs from the Florida Department of Education including the McKay Scholarship, the Family Empowerment Scholarship, and the AAA Scholarship. If you already received a state-funded scholarship, let our admissions team know during your call!

For Military Families

Farragut accepts scholarships also through the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs and the Dependents’ Educational Assistance Program and the NewDay USA Scholarship Program for Gold Star Families.
Scholarships for Exceptional Students
Admiral Farragut Academy offers scholarships for exceptional students who complete the admission application requirements, have a desire to be a positive contributing member of the Admiral Farragut Academy student body, and demonstrate any of the following:
- High academic achievement
- Community engagement and involvement
- Strong character qualities and/or leadership skills
- High interest in the arts

Scholarships are covering up to 80-90% of tuition!

- Scholarships are renewable each year contingent that the family and student continue to meet the required criteria.
