Florida Military School

Admiral Farragut Academy is a private, college-prep Florida military school for boarding or day students in 8th-12th grade (the Upper School). Farragut is located on a beautiful 40-acre campus with waterfront access in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The Academy is designated as a Naval Honor School by an Act of Congress and is re-accredited each year by the Department of the Navy. Our 8th-12th grade students have the advantage to earn appointments and nominations that otherwise may be difficult to get attending any other academy.

  • Waterfront Location

    St. Petersburg is described as “an amped-up, blue-sky, sun-drenched getaway.” It’s not only an awesome place to visit; it’s an incredible place to live and go to school. The school is located directly on Boca Ciega Bay and is near some of the top-ranked beaches in the world.
