Lower School Summer Reading List 2026

This summer, we encourage all Lower School students to continue growing as readers by participating in our Summer Reading Program. Reading during the summer helps students strengthen their literacy skills, expand their imagination, and foster a lifelong love of learning. Each student has been assigned one required grade-level book and will also select additional titles from the appropriate SSYRA reading list.
We encourage families to make reading an enjoyable part of the summer by exploring stories together, discussing favorite characters, and setting aside regular reading time. We look forward to hearing about the exciting books our students discover when they return in the fall!
