Biography:
Tracy grew up in Saint Petersburg, FL and attended St. Paul’s Catholic School (PK-8) where he was an honor student and member of the National Junior Honor Society. Tracy played basketball from a very young age at both the school and AAU levels. Tracy attended St. Pete Catholic High School and graduated in 2008 as a member of the National Honor Society as well as earning First Team All-State accolades averaging 25 ppg and 6 apg. Tracy then earned a basketball scholarship to play NCAA Division 1 for the University of South Alabama. Later, Tracy transferred to Northwood University where he played for legendary coach, Rollie Massimino reaching the NAIA Final Four and NAIA National Championship as a key contributor in back to back seasons. Tracy has played professional basketball in the U.S., China, and Mexico.
Over the last few years, Tracy has worked as a full-time pre-algebra teacher, basketball trainer and served as the Head JV Basketball Coach for St. Pete Catholic High School. Tracy’s love for teaching stems from his passion for helping kids reach their full potential through a balance of discipline and having fun.
