About
Dr. McGlinn is an administrator and educational leader with over sixteen years of experience as a teacher, coach, and school administrator in the public and private sectors. Before changing careers, Dr. McGlinn was in the Insurance industry as director of underwriting for several companies. Skilled in leadership and management of school resources, with a strong focus on the school’s’ mission and academic strengths.
Dr. McGlinn earned his Doctoral degree from Northcentral University, Educational Leadership (Ed.S) degree from Barry University and a Master (MS) degree in Counseling from McDaniel College. His undergraduate degree is a BS in Business Management from Saint Joseph’s University. He has held positions as a Mathematics Teacher, Counselor, Director of Technology, Head of School, Dean of Students, soccer, basketball, and tennis coach. He received the State of Florida Coach of the Year award after winning the 2010 state soccer championship and finished with a final national ranking of # 5 in the United States.
