Biography 

Rebecca Gade has been an educator for Pinellas County Schools for 34 years and has taught Kindergarten through fifth grade. She also has a gifted endorsement and implemented a comprehensive gifted program for five years in grades K-5. Rebecca chose a teaching career because it’s the type of profession where she can make a positive impact on students’ lives and contribute to the well-being of the community. She loves to spend her free time taking long walks and spending time with her four (adult) children. A few interesting things about Rebecca is that she loves science fiction and superhero movies, and is completely obsessed with anything related to outer space.
