Biography

Mrs. Neri graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Elementary Education. She earned a certification in Special Education for grades K-12, a Reading Endorsement, and an ESOL Endorsement. She completed three internships which included one semester 2 days a week teaching in a 5th-grade classroom, one semester 2 days a week teaching in a High School Special Education classroom, and one semester teaching 5 days a week half in a 2nd-grade self-contained classroom and the other half in a Special Education setting. Mrs. Neri has always known that she wanted to be a teacher. She absolutely loves working with students, making a difference in their lives, and watching them grow.

Mrs. Neri started attending Admiral Farragut Academy in Kindergarten and is a Class of 2012 graduate. Today she is the Upper School ESOL Teacher. She is the first person to start in Kindergarten and go through all of the grade levels. Admiral Farragut Academy has been such an important part of her life and her second home growing up. Admiral Farragut has made her who she is today.

Mrs. Neri enjoys playing the piano, singing, and watching movies. Mrs. Neri was the Band Commander her senior year at Admiral Farragut.
