Biography

Diane comes to Admiral Farragut Academy after being at Academy At The Lakes for the last three years where she taught physical education and HOPE 5th -10th grade.  She also was in charge of the softball program middle and upper levels where they won back-to-back state championships in class 2A.

Before moving to the Saint Petersburg area Diane was a head coach at Indiana University (17 yrs), Assistant at Indiana University (4), University of Iowa (2), Purdue University (3) and St Joe College (3).  She also was a former Athletic Director and teacher at St. Charles Catholic School in Bloomington, Indiana.

Diane is very passionate about teaching children physical education.  She will bring her positive approach, energy, and outlook to Farragut.  Diane very much loves the outdoors, biking, walking, fishing, kayaking, and anything on the water with her dogs Oliver and Stanley.

Diane is a member of 3 Hall of Fames, Concord High School, Elkhart County, and Indiana University.
