Gap Year Sports Program Overview
This Gap Year Sports program is designed to prepare high school graduates for the academic, athletic and social demands of college athletics. It is a residential program, open to domestic and international student athletes.
Admiral Farragut Academy’s Post Grad Soccer, Tennis, and Golf Program curricula were developed by several college coaches with over 50 years of combined successful coaching experience. The program mirrors the NCAA two semester model.
The program is one year of college soccer, college tennis or college golf experience, the ability to live in dorms with dining services, take in person university courses, play against college teams, and retain 4 years of eligibility to compete at the university level. It also includes the ability to take full-time college courses that are transferable to a majority of 4 year universities around the United States.
THE PROGRAM ALLOWS STUDENTS TO EARN UP TO 24 UNIVERSITY CREDITS!
